In this session, we learned to integrate AI with our organization’s existing knowledge to enhance operations, marketing, and decision-making. Attendees gained an understanding of AI model structures, explored fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches, and assessed how content library organization impacts AI performance. The interactive format included real-time feedback and practical examples.
